Well done to everyone who took part in our steps challenges in March and April - movement makes a difference! Congratulations to Adele and Jennie taking joint 1st place both completing 5000+ steps on all 58 days of the challenge and Congratulations to Geoff in 1st place who completed 10000 + steps on 56 of the 58 days followed by a close second from Trevor with 55 out 58 days. A special mention to Ann who completed 51 of 58 days in the 5000 steps challenge, 35 of those days being over 10000 – many of those steps were walked with her foot in a medical boot! ...
