After Care provides a safe place to explore what comes next, connect with others who understand, and access practical advice tailored to your situation. Our aim is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and support.
AFTER CARE OFFERS
- Practical and emotional support when your caring role has recently ended or is coming to an end.
- Access to activities and specialist group support.
- Signposting to a range of other community services.
- Access to Financial Wellbeing support and other Carers Together services.
WHO IS AFTER CARE FOR?
Adult Carers living in Middlesbrough or Redcar & Cleveland whose caring role has recently ended or is coming to an end through bereavement or a move into residential care.
