A more challenging route than our usual,  through Hagg Wood and up Charlie’s Hill, the walk includes a stile, uneven ground and a steep incline but will hopefully reward us with a beautiful show of Bluebells usually seen here at this time of year.

Low Stanghow Road is just off Stanghow Road, turn left at the village Hall if coming from Lingdale and park on the road before the farm,  5.5km sturdy shoes or boots required.
