Our Virtual Coffee Mornings are the perfect chance to meet new friends and have a chat.

Resilience and Wellbeing

Terry Doyle will lead these tailored sessions to show and talk about different ways you can build resilience and improve your wellbeing. The techniques and ideas can be useful in most situations but will take into account your caring role and/or situations arising due to the current pandemic. You can expect an introduction to meditation, mindfulness and looking after your mental and physical health.

Dementia Training

Weekly from Monday 5th October until 2nd November (no session on 19th October 2020)

Stirling University will be delivering their popular training for carers of someone with Dementia, this time online.

The 4 sessions will include hints and tips for caring for someone with Dementia, understanding how people live with Dementia and opportunities for discussions, questions and answers.

We are back to our fortnightly singalong with Dominic - don't forget to get your requests in!
