Terry Doyle will lead these tailored sessions to show and talk about different ways you can build resilience and improve your wellbeing. The techniques and ideas can be useful in most situations but will take into account your caring role and/or situations arising due to the current pandemic. You can expect an introduction to meditation, mindfulness and looking after your mental and physical health.
