No smartphone, no problem simply record your steps another way and ring or email your progress into our office. Please contact us if you need a pedometer to do this.

Step 1 – Install the app
The app we use is called Pacer and can be downloaded from the following link https://www.mypacer.com/
You can download the app by using the following links or by scanning the QR Code below…

Then following the apps prompts to set up an account for yourself, once this is done follow the following steps.
