Funding For Carers

Carers of individuals living in Middlesbrough or Redcar and Cleveland may be able to access financial support, when the person they care for is being sent home from hospital.

The funding will be discussed on an individual basis but may support with things such as:

• Help with groceries
• Help with utility bills
• Transport from hospital
• Aids and adaptations to the home
