An unpaid carer provides care and support for a parent, relative, a child or a friend who has a disability, an age related problem, mental or physical illness or alcohol or drug problems.
WHO DO YOU CARE FOR?

WE CAN HELP
For some people, becoming an unpaid carer may be a gradual process, for others it may happen overnight. Whatever the circumstances, it is important that unpaid carers are recognised and supported.
