Resilience and Wellbeing

The sessions provide an introduction to meditation, mindfulness and ways to look after your mental health, taking into account caring responsibilities and challenges. If you have been to one of our Resilience and Wellbeing sessions before, you will automatically be sent the log-in information for the next one and don’t need to register each time.
