
Led by qualified coach Fran Blackett, these sessions are suitable for complete beginners, people with mild to moderate health conditions and of any age. We will start with run/walk sessions, each session will last 60 minutes and will include a thorough warm up including some strength and conditioning exercises to support your journey into becoming a runner. To gain the full benefits of these sessions we expect people, where possible, to attend all 8 sessions and Fran will set homework each week.
