DESCRIPTION:A more challenging route than our usual\,  through Hagg Wood and up Charlie’s Hill\, the walk includes a stile\, uneven ground and a steep incline but will hopefully reward us with a beautiful show of Bluebells usually seen here at this time of year. \nLow Stanghow Road is just off Stanghow Road\, turn left at the village Hall if coming from Lingdale and park on the road before the farm\,  5.5km sturdy shoes or boots required.

SUMMARY:Carers Week Trip to Beamish Museum
DESCRIPTION:Take a journey back in time at Beamish Museum with interactive exhibits\, buildings\, and towns from 1900’s-1950’s. This is a large open-air museum with some uneven surfaces and steep hills; there are buses and trams that run a circular route around the museum.  Wheelchair and mobility scooter hire is available (additional cost). If you require any accessibility support including the wheelchair accessible bus (not for general public) please let us know upon booking. There are various cafes/pubs/fish and chip shop on site but be aware they can get busy – you are welcome to bring a picnic. Pick Up Majuba Car Park Redcar 9.30am\, BBC Tees Building Middlesbrough 10am\, leaving Beamish Museum approx. 3.30pm. Cost £5 per person payable on the coach.
