Salary £11,891 per annum

(£22,000 per annum FTE)

 

Carers Together Foundation is an organisation dedicated to improving carers’ quality of life. We listen to carers, give them a voice, provide information, practical and emotional support and promote carers’ rights across the South Tees area.

We wish to appoint a Human Resources and Governance Co-ordinator to carry out a range of confidential human resource and administrative tasks as designated by the Chief Executive.

The postholder will provide support in recruitment activities, the maintenance of staff records and production of HR reports.  The scheduling, attending and minuting of Board and Trustee subcommittee meetings is a key part of the role and will require some out of hours working.  Financial administration work including invoicing and contribution to the production of management accounts is also required.

To succeed in the role, applicants must be educated to GCSE level with experience of providing HR administrative support and maintaining filing systems. Experience of working in the voluntary sector would be beneficial as would a knowledge of health and social care issues.

The successful candidate can be based at our offices in Redcar or Middlesbrough but will be required to travel between the two sites as needed.
